OUR MISSION
The Speech Exchange was established to enhance the lives of all children with communication disorders by providing transformative speech therapy, offering support for their families, and ensuring that the entire journey towards healing is accessible, uncomplicated, comforting, and successful.
The Speech Exchange is a pediatric private practice offering screenings, consultations, comprehensive assessments, and speech therapy. We provide services in the greater Los Angeles community - Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. Our therapists offer family-centered in-home therapy services, as well as high-quality school-based services with individualized treatment plans tailored to fit every child’s specific needs. The Speech Exchange’s goal is to provide fun, motivating, and most of all, functional therapy to begin transformation for every child.

I think my child may have a speech delay. What do I do? Where do I start?

My child is 18 but about to turn 19. Will they not be able to receive services at The Speech Exchange?

We primarily service the pediatric population (ages 2 to 18), however, please feel free to contact us and we will determine provision of services on a case-by-case basis.

Do you accept insurance?

Along with servicing private clients, The Speech Exchange proudly serves as an out-of-network provider for the following health insurance companies:

  • Cigna
  • Health Net
  • United Healthcare

We encourage all clients to contact their insurance company prior to receiving services to verify their out-of-network coverage. Click here to learn more.

What if I am unable to pay as a private client and services are either not covered by my insurance, or I am uninsured?

For clients who are unable to pay out of pocket, we currently partner with the San Gabriel Pomona Regional Center. To learn more about receiving services through the Regional Center, visit here.
